Live From New York, It's Saturday Night!

I've only got a few moments to spare from my packed weekend of tons and tons of work, but I thought I needed to post about the monumental airing of SNL.

Finally Saturday Night Live is back from the writer's strike, making my homework filled Saturday nights a bit more enjoyable.

Though I have to admit, the show wasn't as funny as I expected it to be, but maybe my expectations are just a bit too high. However I did have some enjoyable parts, especially weekend update.

And for more exciting SNL news, how about a new cast member?!
That's right I guess the writer's strike kicked in the need for a new cast member, and they got one, Casey Wilson. I can't say much about her yet, she hasn't had very big parts, but hey if she's on SNL I'm sure she's pretty funny.

And sad news, there's rumors going around that Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph may not return next season, I don't think there's anyone who can replace those ladies.

Amy Poehler in her awesome GAP ads.

Maya Rudolph in my absolute favorite role she'll ever play, Donatella Versache (who she's with)

So what direction SNL will go, I have no idea, but as for next week - Ellen Page from Juno will host and the musical guest will be Wilco!

I am very excited!

Hey Bloggers.
I know I've been more than horrible at posting, but I've been quite busy lately and haven't had much time for blogspot.

I had to come back to say, HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

I hope it was an enjoyaball day for all of you. And of course found hope you found yourself a Valentine! I myself was not as lucky.

I promise to post soon, I just wanted to say Happy Valentine's Day, but in the meantime there's always some music videos.

Sleeping Lessons by The Shins, this isn't the official video, but a fan made video, I liked it a lot.

Big Girl You are Beautiful by Mika

New Soul by yael naim, the unforgettable song on the Macbook Air commercials

Runaround Sue by Dion, "Sleeping With The Enemy" was on this weekend, and I could not keep the song out of my head, I love it.

Don't Stop Me Now by Queen.

The wonderful performance of The Beatles at the 2008 Grammy's

And Let It Be by The Beatles themselves.
